Schmidt camp says Wulsin camp is 'imploding'

The campaign of U.S. Rep. Jean Schmidt (R-Loveland) responded to an ad being run by opponent Dr. Victoria Wulsin (D-Indian Hill) by saying that the Wulsin campaign is "imploding."

Schmidt spokesperson Bruce Pfaff responded to an attack ad from the Wulsin campaign hitting Schmidt for comments made during a debate on the economic crisis.

"Another day another Wulsin lie, she just can't seem to tell the truth," Pfaff said. "She even lies about telling the truth. Ms. Wulsin's campaign is imploding, she can't seem to run ads on network T.V. and her nonsensical ramblings at the first debate did more to ensure Congresswoman Schmidt's re-election than anything we could have done. It's a good thing she has her job in Kenya to fall back on after November."

Wulsin is challenging Schmidt for Ohio's 2nd Congressional District, along with businessman David Krikorian (I-Madeira).

Ohio 2nd Congressional District election-where is PolitickerOH?

Both of these ladies seem to be so egocentric that they aren't paying attention to what voters are talking about in the 2nd Congressional district, and that is the rise in popularity of David Krikorian. When this election is determined in three weeks, everyone will likely be surprised by the winner. Republicans and Democrats alike are looking for a leader who understands the financial condition of Ohio and this nation, and we aren't looking at Jean and Victoria. I think PolitickerOH isn't really listening to what is going on southwest Ohio. With Congress having a historic low approval rating (9%), I seriously doubt we will send more of the same back to Washington. That's not what my friends and neighbors are saying.
