DCCC drops over $120K into OH-1 for media buys

U.S. Rep. Steve Chabot (R-Westwood) has been on the target radar for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee for several election cycles now.

And the independent expenditure arm of the DCCC has now spend upwards of $120,000 in Ohio's 1st Congressional District just this week.

State Rep. Steve Driehaus (D-Price Hill) is challenging Chabot for the seat.

The DCCC's IE filed a media buy of $76,503
from Great American Media to the Federal Election Commission earlier this week.

The organization also filed a second $37,740 media buy from Great American Media on the same day.

Finally, the group filed a $7,148 media production buy from Murphy Putnam Media.

The media buys from the Democratic campaign organization total $121,391 this week spent in Ohio's 1st Congressional District.
